EzyGreenPak is honoured to have been selected as a Semi-Finalist in the SusHi Tech Challenge 2026, the global startup pitch contest at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, organised by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. We were the only company representing Hong Kong to reach the Semi-Final.
SusHi Tech Tokyo is one of Asia’s largest stages for sustainability and innovation, bringing together hundreds of startups, investors and city leaders from around the world. To stand among them is both a privilege and a responsibility.
On that stage, we presented our material technology: a plant-based water-soluble nonwoven that dissolves in 90°C water within 5 to 10 minutes, leaves no microplastics, and is independently certified to ISO 14851. Paired with carbon footprint data through EzyGreenTech, it turns a sustainable claim into something measurable.
Representing Hong Kong on an international stage means a great deal to us. It is a sign that material science from this city can take its place in the global conversation on sustainable cities.
