I grew up around factory floors. The hum of production lines, the smell of fabric, the rhythm of making things at scale, that world was ordinary to me long before it became a career. It taught me how products are really made, and how much gets thrown away along the way.
That early closeness to manufacturing shaped how I see the world. I am not an inventor. I am an observer. I watched how people use everyday things, how packaging is used once and discarded, and how the gap between “sustainable” and “practical” keeps most businesses from changing.
My path took me through an International Business degree at Edinburgh Napier University on a scholarship, a management trainee role in the apparel supply chain, a deployment with a community factory in Cambodia, and a chapter in education technology. Each step came back to one question: how do you make the better choice the easy choice?
EzyGreenPak is my answer. We are a material company built around a plant-based water-soluble nonwoven. It dissolves in 90°C water within 5 to 10 minutes, leaves no microplastics, and is independently certified to ISO 14851. We engineer it into everyday products such as bags, packaging and aprons.
EzyGreenPak is not a one-person startup. It is a cross-disciplinary, cross-generational team: a PhD material scientist, a production and supply chain veteran with over 30 years of experience, a UK-trained sustainability lead, and me as the observation-driven founder.
In 2025 and again in 2026, our bags reached every finisher at the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, 74,000 runners in 2025 alone. From factory floors to a finish line, the through-line is the same: real change begins with one more choice.
